Anyone who wishes to approach, explore, or learn within this path may do so through one of the following three ways:

1. Initiatory Formation Path for Disciples and Teachers

Upon entering, you begin a process of formation that is ordered, sequential, progressive, and initiatory according to the tradition. You will start with the initial and foundational teachings, and progressively advance, deepening your knowledge, rituals, and everything you need to learn within the path, function, or specific area you are guided or destined to follow.

Throughout this process, you will gradually receive continuous formation, as well as ceremonies of opening, permission, authorization, and initiation, through which you assume your responsibilities within the path.

This path is intended for those who seek deep preparation and formation, and who wish to commit as disciples or teachers according to the ancestral guidance of the tradition.

2. Learning According to Personal Need and Choice

You may access the courses and content available on the platform, as well as online formations, pilgrimages, and sacred journeys, according to your needs and interests.

You may choose what to learn at each moment, without following a fixed order or a structured formation process.

This modality is intended for those who seek specific learning, transformation in particular aspects of their life, or deeper understanding of specific topics, without committing to a continuous process or path of formation.

3. Guidance, Orientation, and Personalized Accompaniment

You receive direct guidance, recommendations, and accompaniment in your life and path, allowing you to understand where to begin, what to study, and how to move forward in a clear, ordered, and conscious way within the sacred path.

Through this form, you may access consultations, guidance, and personalized teachings according to your individual process.

This is intended for those who require clarity, direction, and support in their path and learning.

The first stage of the path corresponds to the study, practice, and experience of the foundational and initial teachings of the tradition.

At this level, you begin to learn, explore, and work with essential knowledge and practices that prepare your process of formation.

In this stage, you will develop initial teachings, practices, and rituals that allow you to begin your path in a conscious, safe, and responsible way, establishing your sacred direction and the necessary foundations to advance into the next levels and stages of the path.

These teachings allow you to prepare, bring order, and strengthen your personal process, facilitating a gradual understanding and a proper transition into deeper levels of learning and practice.

Within the more than 24 paths and functions of formation of the ancestral Inka tradition, at this time we are opening and making available a selection of essential paths and functions through which you may begin and continue your process of formation.

These paths have been opened under the guidance of spiritual and cosmic forces and the guardians of the path, in response to the needs of the present time. Each one represents a way of learning, practice, and service, and may be followed through online formation, in-person processes, as well as sacred journeys and pilgrimages.

As you advance, you will receive teachings, practices, and ceremonies of permission and initiation, through which you will recognize and assume your path and function according to the sacred order of the tradition:

YACHAQ

Conscious path that gives form to and embodies sacred wisdom and knowledge

The Yachaq walks the path of learning and the conscious search for knowledge and wisdom, traversing and encompassing the different levels and universes of wisdom according to the tradition.

This formation is sustained through observation, direct experience, and the understanding of the Yachay Pachakuna — the mysterious universes of wisdom and knowledge — where the energy of knowledge is developed, channeled, and brought into order within the being and inner universe.

In this process, the Yachaq cultivates the conscious energy of Yachay across different fields, paths, and functions of wisdom and knowledge. This is expressed as multidimensional information, deep understanding, conscious observation, continuous learning, and inner preparation, which are manifested through the expression and materialization of knowledge.

This path is walked and developed under the guidance of a Yachaq or Hamawt’a teacher, within a continuous process of growth and maturation.

Through the seven paths and universes of knowledge and wisdom, the Yachaq comes to recognize the principles, movements, and structures that sustain reality and the Being across different levels and states.

Function: To understand, integrate, develop, and manifest knowledge as a living experience within the sacred path.

PAQO 

Ritual master, guide, and healer — carrier of the altar of sacred forces and deities
(Ceremonial practitioner, spiritual servant, and carrier of the Willka Khipu)

The Paqo Ñan is the path of one who is formed and acts as a ceremonial practitioner within the tradition. Their development is sustained through a conscious and intermediary connection with visible and invisible forces, and with the natural and cosmic deities of this world.

They perceive, channel, and bring into order the energies that operate across different levels and dimensions of existence, under the guidance of their own guardians within each of the 14 paths.

As a guide and spiritual servant, the Paqo assumes the responsibility of sustaining balance, reciprocity, and harmony between worlds, beings, energies, and the body, through ceremonies, offerings, and practices that connect the Being with sacred forces and presences.

As a carrier of the Willka Khipu, they guide, sustain, connect, and heal; they access, carry, and transmit codes, memories, and knowledge that organize energy, consciousness, and wisdom across different levels and universes.

They develop the capacity to establish connection with energies, deities, sacred beings, and dimensions from the sacred altar and through different forms. They understand their movements, languages, and manifestations, and uphold the sacred principles that sustain the relationship between the Being, nature, spirits, energies, and dimensions.

They may be formed within one of the 14 paths, functions, and hierarchies of the Paqos, through practice, direct experience, and initiation, within a progressive process of formation, development, and maturation.

Function: To connect, channel, serve, and sustain the conscious relationship and order between worlds, energies, beings, and the Pacha.

KALLPA KAMACHEQ

Disciple and master of energy
(Study, practice, ordering, and conscious conduction of forces and energies)

The Kallpa Kamacheq walks the path of study, practice, and knowledge of energies and forces, exploring the different levels, fields, and universes of Kallpa as a living force that inhabits, sustains, and orders the Being and the Kawsay Pacha — the living cosmos.

This formation is based on connection, contact, communication, and direct experience, as well as the understanding and recognition of energies, developing progressively the ability to perceive, recognize, and identify their states, movements, natures, and forms of manifestation across different levels, times, and dimensions of existence.

Within this path, the practitioner develops the capacities of recognition, ordering, mastery, handling, and conscious conduction of energies, understanding their origin, function, and dynamics within the natural and cosmic order.

Through practices, techniques, and rituals, the Kallpa Kamacheq develops the ability to:

• perceive, sense, and read energies
• connect and communicate with forces and presences
• channel and conduct energetic flows
• order, harmonize, and align energetic states
• guide energetic processes in life and in ritual work

This path unfolds through progressive formation, practice, direct experience, and initiation, where energies are recognized, integrated, and understood according to their own nature and order.

Through this path, the Kallpa Kamacheq comes to recognize the laws, structures, and dynamics that sustain balance and the manifestation of energies within the Being and the Pacha.

Function: To study, recognize, conduct, order, and guide energies and forces, acting consciously and in alignment with their nature and with the energetic order of the Pacha.

MAYCH’AQ / QORAWAN HAMPEQ

Ancestral medicine and healing with medicinal plants

The Maych’aq follows the path of ancestral medicine and healing through medicinal plants, coming to know the different levels, fields, and universes of the Being and its energies, known as the Manqos Wasi, based on the knowledge and wisdom of healing within the tradition.

Their formation is rooted in direct connection, communion, and conscious coexistence with medicinal plants, elements, and forces of nature, understanding their properties, energies, and functions across different levels of existence.

Within this path, they develop the ability to select, prepare, and apply medicine, channeling the energy of nature and healing plants to restore balance in the body, energy, spirit, and consciousness.

They cultivate medicinal knowledge, wisdom, and practice, as well as the power of medicinal plants, expressed through deep processes of healing, transformation, and harmonization across different levels and dimensions of the Being.

This path develops through formation, practice, and direct experience with medicinal plants, as well as through healing practice and application under the guidance of the healer and the guardians of ancestral medicine.

Through the different levels and universes of healing knowledge and practice within the Manqos Wasi, the Maych’aq or Qorawan Hampeq comes to recognize the principles and energies that sustain health, balance, and regeneration.

Function: To heal, restore, and bring balance to life across its different levels and universes through the application of medicinal plants.

PACHA WARMI

The sacred path of the cosmic woman
A conscious path that embodies, sustains, and gives continuity to life within the Kawsay Pacha

The Pacha Warmi walks the path of feminine wisdom, consciousness, and energy, traversing the different fields, zones, and universes of life, forces, knowledge, and feminine connections according to the tradition.

This formation is sustained through deep connection with Pachamama, the grandmothers, cycles, times, and the processes of life, understanding their movements, states, and phases across different levels and dimensions.

Within this process, she develops the capacity to generate, nurture, sustain, gestate, and transform life, in coherence and direct relationship with the sacred principles of the Kawsay Pacha.

She cultivates conscious feminine knowledge, wisdom, and living energy, expressed through sensitivity, perception, memory, and the capacity to give continuity to life processes across different levels and universes.

This path unfolds through an ascending process across seven stages of consciousness and evolution, within seven levels, dimensions, and functions of the woman in active embodiment, through direct connection with herself, with the teacher, with the mother, with the feminine essence, and through lived experience, practice, and sacred feminine transmission within the traditional order.

Through the different levels and universes of life, the Pacha Warmi comes to recognize and connect with sacred natural and cosmic forces, and the structures that sustain existence, fertility, and continuity of the Being.

Function: To embody, sustain, and give continuity to life across the different levels and universes of the Being and the Pacha.
